Who We Are

Our doctors have been Family physicians since 1997, taking a “whole body” approach to medicine. They are bringing this mentality to aesthetics to provide a more clinical and caring Medspa experience. Using their decades of experience they are creating a Medspa that considers the patients whole health, wellbeing and aesthetic goals when creating a care plan. You can trust our award winning doctors to take that same approach to aesthetic treatments.

Our smaller site comprises four family physicians and a licensed esthetician. While we might not be as large scale as some other companies, we pride ourselves on providing more personalized, compassionate treatments that are catered to each individual patient.

  • Bradley M. Block MD

    Board Certified in Family Medicine by The American Board of Family Medicine.

    Dr. Block is providing exceptional leadership at Oviedo Medical Research, LLC and has served as the lead principal investigator on over 115 clinical trials. He is a partner at OMR, and has over 20 years of clinical research experience in multiple therapeutic areas such as cardiovascular, pain, general medicine, gastrointestinal, immunological, endocrine, neurological, orthopedic, lipid, dermatological, pulmonary, contraceptive, pediatric, and men and women’s health. Dr. Block has been named one of Orlando’s “Best Doctors” for Family Medicine by local physicians, and published in Orlando Magazine’s “Best Doctors” over 8 times in recent years. Dr. Block is a past Clinical Assistant Professor of the Florida State University School of Medicine. Dr. Block earned his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine.

  • Amy J. Nation DO

    Board Certified in Family Medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians.

    Dr. Nation has served as a sub-investigator on over 115 clinical trials since 1997, and is a partner at Oviedo Medical Research. She has conducted research with phase II through IV trials in areas of pain, general medicine, gastrointestinal, immunological, endocrine, neurological, orthopedic, lipid, cardiovascular, dermatological, pulmonary, contraceptive, pediatric, men's health, women's health and healthy populations. Dr. Nation is an active member of the American Osteopathic Association and American College of Osteopathic.

  • Craig P. Chase MD

    Board Certified in Family Medicine by The American Board of Family Medicine.

    Dr. Chase is a partner of Oviedo Medical Research, and has worked on over 115 clinical trials as a principal and sub-investigator. He has conducted research on phase II through IV clinical trials in areas of pain, general medicine, gastrointestinal, immunological, endocrine, neurological, orthopedic, lipid, cardiovascular, dermatological, pulmonary, contraceptive, pediatric, men's health, women's health and healthy populations. Dr. Chase is a past Clinical Assistant Professor of the Florida State University School of Medicine. He earned his medical degree from the University of Florida.

  • Susan G. Smolen, MD

    Board Certified in Family Medicine by The American Board of Family Medicine.

    Dr. Smolen is a clinical investigator and partner of Oviedo Medical Research, LLC. As a Florida licensed physician with Board Certification in Family Medicine, Dr. Smolen has clinical research experience. She has served as a Sub-Investigator on over 115 phase II-IV clinical trials in areas of pain, general medicine, gastrointestinal, immunological, endocrine, neurological, orthopedic, lipid, cardiovascular, dermatological, pulmonary, contraceptive, pediatric, men's health, women's health and healthy populations. She earned her Medical degree from the University of South Florida.
