Office Facial Mask Policy
Patients need not wear face covering UNLESS:
The patient has symptoms or a diagnosis of an active communicable disease (such as influenza, COVID-19, other respiratory infection, etc.).
In lieu of a mask, such patients may choose to reschedule their appointment or to schedule as a televisit.
Visitors to our Clinic need not wear face covering UNLESS:
The visitor has symptoms or a diagnosis of an active communicable disease (such as influenza, COVID-19, respiratory infection, etc.), or
The patient that the visitor is accompanying has symptoms or a diagnosis of an active communicable disease.
In lieu of a mask, visitors may choose to wait in their vehicle (or elsewhere outside of our office) during the patient’s visit to our clinic.
Staff/Employees need not wear face coverings UNLESS:
The staff member has symptoms or a diagnosis of an active communicable disease, or
The staff member is working with a patient who has been diagnosed with a condition that impairs their immune function, or a patient who has symptoms or a diagnosis of an active communicable disease, or
The staff member is participating in a sterile procedure or is working in a sterile area.
